Types of Motion
Connecting Motion - Ierjin Dongjak (two techniques performed with only one sine wave; the first technique is usually a preparation for the second)
Continuous Motion - Yonsok Dongjak (two or more techniques performed with a continuing breath, but with full sine waves for each technique)
Slow Motion - Neurin Dongjak (unchanged technique, but performed slowly)
Fast Motion - Barun Dongjak (two or more techniques performed fast, with only half sine waves in the second or more techniques)
Stamping Motion - Gurunun Dongjak (lift your foot to at least knee height before stamping down to emphasise the power in the technique)
Consecutive motion - Gaesok Dongjak
